I had another appointment today and the boys are doing really well - we got to peek at them again with an ultrasound... fluid is good.. cervix is good so we are very happy about that.
I did find out that I have gestational diabetes though and low iron... I started a suppliment for the iron and have a consultation with a dietician this Thursday for the diabetes... we are going to give it a try with controlling this with diet - I have a glucose monitor and have to check my blood 4 times a day - if the diet works then I don't have to go on insulin but if it doesn't.. then the insulin it is. This explains a bit why I have been feeling nauseous and tired - hopefully this will make me feel better... Good bye to all my sweets but we are just so thrilled that the babies are doing well - that is all I care about!
Next appt is in 2 weeks again - it will be another long ultrasound to check weight and do more measurements.

I am sorry about the gestational diabetes, but at least that is something that can be controlled.
I am so happy for you. You are almost there! I pray for you and the boys all the time. I can't wait to see pictures of these little guys. Enjoy these last few weeks!!!
